How to make a return at AUTONAUTIC

Returns are easy at AUTONAUTIC. You have 14 calendar days to exchange or return a non-faulty item you have bought at, whether they are opened or unopened. You can return your product to our premises or order a collection or deliver to your nearest UPS access point.

Contact us if your order was delivered to you and you’d like to arrange a collection. We’ll tell you what to do next and the return cost. We’ll send a courier to the address provided to manage the return to AUTONAUTIC.

Returns via UPS collection or other drop-off points.

Locations, for your deliveries. These are local shops in your neighbourhood, such as grocers or corner shops where you can drop off and collect parcels.

Return instructions.

Pack the product to be returned/exchanged as well as possible, if possible, with its original bag/box, so that it is not damaged during transport and subsequent delivery. Any defect that is found upon delivery in the warehouse/workshop and that has not been notified beforehand, will affect the refund of the product.

The refund will be reflected in your account within approximately 15 working days from the date the returned item arrives at our offices or at one of our stores.

Please keep in mind that the shipping costs received during the order placement will not be refundable in any case, as well as the taxes or customs derived from the shipment. If we must assume any of these expenses when receiving your package, we will deduct it from the refund.
