All certificates that the provided data allows to renew by complying with the above mentioned regulations will be uploaded to the customer’s account within 24-72H and will be available in PDF format immediately after processing the payment through the payment platform. 

If the chosen method of payment is by bank transfer, the order will not be dispatched until the bank confirmation of the transfer has been received. 

The certificate will always be available in the customer’s profile and can be downloaded as many times as necessary.

It should be taken into account that the periods indicated are calculated in working days and that they may be affected by local or national holidays, or by extraordinary, health, meteorological or other causes.
